How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

What happens to my files?
Source files are deleted automatically after processing. Generated videos (subtitles, dubbing) are kept for 7 days so you can download them — then they are deleted too. We never share anything. Privacy →
How do I remove the watermark?
The watermark and outro are part of free videos. The Pro plan (or the Video module) removes them. Pricing →
I forgot my password.
If you registered with Google, just sign in with the Google button. Otherwise e-mail us from your registered address and we will reset it for you.
How do I delete my account?
At the bottom of the Account & billing page — deletion is immediate and irreversible, and any active subscription is cancelled with it. Account & billing →
